disputes arising from<br \/>&#8211; <strong>direct appointments<\/strong>, i.e. mediation agreements designating <strong>CIIAM<\/strong> as the administering institution, and<br \/>&#8211; <strong>forwardings<\/strong>, i.e. mediation agreements designating any of the Lead Entities (<strong>CMEM<\/strong>, <strong>CEA<\/strong>, <strong>CIMA<\/strong> or <strong>MediaICAM<\/strong>) as the administering institution.<\/p><p><b>3. <\/b>Regarding forwarding:<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>For mediation agreements signed as of 01.01.2021, forwarding is automatic.<\/li><li>For mediation agreements entered into before 01.01.2021, they will initially be administered by the Lead Entity. However, it will invite the parties to consider transferring the case to <strong>CIIAM<\/strong>. If the parties agree to such a transfer, <strong>CIIAM<\/strong> will administer the case.
