Tal y como demuestran las estad\u00edsticas de 2022, en todos los casos en los que el centro estuvo encargado de designar a los \u00e1rbitros, se eligi\u00f3 a un 50% de hombres y 50% de mujeres.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo ahora es alcanzar una representaci\u00f3n femenina justa y acorde a la realidad del sector arbitral, tambi\u00e9n en aquellos procedimientos donde las partes acuerdan qui\u00e9n resolver\u00e1 el conflicto.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo? Dando ejemplo:<\/p>\n<p>El 45% de los \u00f3rganos del CIAM est\u00e1n conformados por mujeres. Entre ellas, Urquiola De Palacio (vicepresidenta), Elena Otero-Novas Miranda (vicepresidenta), Marta Lalaguna Holzwarth (secretaria general), Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Men\u00e9ndez Arias (vocal), Pilar Perales (vocal), Mar\u00eda Arias Navarro (letrada), Saioa Berm\u00fadez S\u00e1ez (letrada); Juana Mary Sim\u00f3n (responsable de administraci\u00f3n), Pilar de Torres Gimeno (asistente ejecutiva), Eva Garc\u00eda (administraci\u00f3n), Cristina Serrada (administraci\u00f3n), Yaiza Araque Moreno y Larissa Sad Coelho (letrada en pr\u00e1cticas).<\/p>\n<p>De los 18 profesionales que se han unido recientemente a los comit\u00e9s, 9 son mujeres:\u00a0 Mar\u00eda In\u00e9s Corr\u00e1 (cofondadora de Woman Way in Arbitration), Elena Guti\u00e9rrez Garc\u00eda de Cort\u00e1zar (creadora de Compendium of Unicorns),\u00a0 Noiana Marigo,\u00a0 Claudia Benavides Gallegos, Mercedes Fern\u00e1ndez, Filipa Cansado Carvalho, Prof. Dr. Diana Correa y Sabina Sacco.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, CIAM ha suscrito el \u201cEqual Representation in Arbitration Pledge (ERA Pledge)\u201d, un protocolo que aboga por la diversidad en todas sus facetas, fomentando la participaci\u00f3n de la mujer y otros colectivos en el proceso de toma de decisiones.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El CIAM est\u00e1 comprometido con la igualdad de oportunidades.
