os mais elevados padr\u00f5es de qualidade em todas as suas a\u00e7\u00f5es e as melhores pr\u00e1ticas internacionais no \u00e2mbito da arbitragem.<\/p><p>Esta comiss\u00e3o prop\u00f5e as altera\u00e7\u00f5es que considera oportunas em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos diferentes documentos ou instrumentos com os quais o Centro opera (Regulamento, cl\u00e1usula(s) arbitral(is), tarifas, site, etc.), bem como outros novos documentos, guias ou instrumentos que permitam manter o Centro, em todos os momentos, como uma institui\u00e7\u00e3o de ponta no mundo da arbitragem.<\/p><p>Tem um presidente que rodar\u00e1 anualmente entre os seus membros, poder\u00e1 operar atrav\u00e9s de subcomiss\u00f5es que ter\u00e3o os seus respetivos respons\u00e1veis, e \u00e9 composta por um m\u00ednimo de seis membros que n\u00e3o fazem parte do Plen\u00e1rio, nem das Comiss\u00f5es de Designa\u00e7\u00e3o e Recusa de \u00c1rbitros, nem dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os de governo da
