Iberoamericano de Arbitraje de Madrid (CIIAM)<\/strong> foi criado em 2020 mediante a fus\u00e3o da atividade internacional da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arbitramadrid.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Corte de Arbitragem de Madrid<\/a> (CAM), da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.camara.es\/arbitraje-y-mediacion\/corte-espanola-de-arbitraje\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Corte Espanhola de Arbitragem<\/a> (CEA) e da <a href=\"https:\/\/arbitrajecima.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Corte Civil e Comercial de Arbitragem<\/a> (CIMA), tendo o <a href=\"https:\/\/arbitrajecima.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ilustre Col\u00e9gio de Advogados de Madrid<\/a> (ICAM) como parceiro estrat\u00e9gico. De seguida, em 2024, o <strong>Centro Ibero-americano de Arbitragem<\/strong> (CIAR) juntou-se tamb\u00e9m como parceiro estrat\u00e9gico.<\/p><p>Na sequ\u00eancia desta expans\u00e3o, a 2 de abril de 2025, o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccs.cl\/camsantiago\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Centro de Arbitragem e Media\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> (CAM Santiago) da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccs.cl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">C\u00e2mara de Com\u00e9rcio de Santiago<\/a> (CCS) e o CIIAM assinaram um acordo para desenvolver conjuntamente a arbitragem internacional, reafirmando a voca\u00e7\u00e3o ibero-americana do Centro. Tudo isto sem preju\u00edzo do interesse estrat\u00e9gico que representam os eixos Europa, \u00c1frica, \u00c1sia-\u00c1frica, \u00c1sia-Am\u00e9rica Latina e Europa-Am\u00e9rica Latina.<\/p><p>O Centro oferece aos seus utilizadores a possibilidade de fixar a sede da arbitragem em qualquer cidade do mundo e realizar arbitragens em quatro idiomas (espanhol, portugu\u00eas, ingl\u00eas e franc\u00eas).
