e Ibero-Americano de Arbitragem e o Centro Internacional de Arbitragem de Madrid \u2013 Centro Ibero-Americano de Arbitragem assinaram o Manifesto pelo uso do espanhol na arbitragem internacional.<\/p><p>Com essa iniciativa, as institui\u00e7\u00f5es signat\u00e1rias t\u00eam como objetivo principal promover o uso do espanhol na arbitragem internacional. Sendo que o dever fundamental do advogado \u00e9 a lealdade para com seus clientes, garantindo a escolha do sistema de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de disputas e do idioma do procedimento que melhor se adapte \u00e0s necessidades das partes e respeite as devidas garantias processuais.<\/p><p>Nesse sentido, os advogados encontram-se numa posi\u00e7\u00e3o privilegiada para promover o espanhol como l\u00edngua de arbitragem em procedimentos que envolvam partes ibero-americanas. Assim, na medida em que atuem em nome pr\u00f3prio ou representem partes ibero-americanas em contratos internacionais ou procedimentos arbitrais e o uso do espanhol seja conveniente para os interesses dos seus clientes, devem utilizar a l\u00edngua espanhola.<\/p><p>Consequentemente, ao promover o espanhol como idioma nos procedimentos de arbitragem, os advogados n\u00e3o s\u00f3 garantir\u00e3o
