A fun\u00e7\u00e3o da Comiss\u00e3o Internacional \u00e9 preparar uma nota na qual estabelecer\u00e1 os crit\u00e9rios que determinam a internacionalidade de um caso e, portanto, quais casos podem ser administrados pelo <strong>CIAM<\/strong> [a &#8220;Nota&#8221;]<\/p><p>A Nota ser\u00e1 vinculativa para as Entidades Dirigentes e para o <strong>CIAM<\/strong>, ser\u00e1 p\u00fablica e ter\u00e1 dois objetivos principais:<\/p><ul><li>Padronizar os crit\u00e9rios utilizados pelas Ag\u00eancias Dirigentes para determinar a internacionalidade dos procedimentos; e,<\/li><li>Promover a transpar\u00eancia, dando ao usu\u00e1rio previsibilidade sobre quais arbitragens o <strong>CIAM<\/strong> pode administrar.<\/li><\/ul><p>A Comiss\u00e3o tem 15 membros com experi\u00eancia e treinamento diversificados como \u00e1rbitros, escrit\u00f3rios de advocacia, advogados de empresas e l\u00edderes no mundo acad\u00eamico.<\/p><p>A Comiss\u00e3o ter\u00e1 uma dura\u00e7\u00e3o limitada e n\u00e3o criar\u00e1 nenhum tipo de incompatibilidade para seus membros atuarem como \u00e1rbitros em casos do <strong>CIAM<\/strong>.
