During the panel discussion, our president\u00a0will delve into the current state of\u00a0#commercialarbitration<\/a>, together with other professionals in the field:\u00a0David Barniville<\/a>, Head of Commercial Court of Irlanda (moderator), Gillian Cahill, lawyer at\u00a0Ur\u00eda Men\u00e9ndez<\/a>, and\u00a0Gordon Nardell QC<\/a>, lawyer and arbitrator at\u00a0Twenty Essex<\/a>.<\/p>\n
