MIAC (CIAM) is proud to co-organize with the\u00a0Deutsche Institution f\u00fcr Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit e.V. (DIS) German Arbitration Institute<\/a>\u00a0the webinar “Spain and Germany as Seat of Arbitration”, which will be celebrated on May 4th at 17:00h (CET).<\/p>\n

The event will focus on the jurisdictions of Spain and Germany, their relationship with international arbitration, as well as their characteristics when being seats of arbitration, and will be presented by Dr. Herbert Kronke (Chairman of the DIS Board of Directors) and our President,\u00a0Jos\u00e9 Antonio Ca\u00ednzos Fern\u00e1ndez<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The webinar will feature a panel of renowned experts, such as\u00a0Erik Sch\u00e4fer<\/a>, Josef Fr\u00f6hlingsdorf,\u00a0Elizabeth Hincapie, LLM<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Heidi L\u00f3pez Castro<\/a>, after which there will be a Q&A session. Finally,\u00a0Andreas Heinrich<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0V\u00edctor Gamero Cabo<\/a>\u00a0will do the closing remarks.<\/p>\n
