The Working Groups serve as the primary connection between CIIAM and end-users of arbitration. Arbitration’s inherent flexibility allows for adaptation to the specific nature of the dispute and the particularities of each industry. The Working Groups assist CIIAM in understanding the needs of the sectors that make the most use of arbitration.
